Is there a free trial?
Yes. New companies start with a free trial before the first payment.
What counts as a user?
Every active member of your company. Client viewers who only see their own work and invoices do not count.
How does the price per user work?
Like tax brackets: the first users are priced at the first band, the next ones at the second band, and so on, so adding a user never makes the bill jump. The first module sets the base price, every other module is an add-on, and AI Studio has its own flat price.
Is AI usage included?
No. AI Studio runs on your own AI keys: an Ollama or OpenAI-compatible service for text, and OpenAI, Gemini or Higgsfield for images and video. You pay the provider directly for what you use.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. What you add starts as soon as its invoice is paid, with a credit for the days you already paid; what you remove ends at your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Which currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where the law requires it.
